Sensors and motion detectors

There is one sensor on a back window for the master bedroom and two motion sensors in the hallway and family room. The motion sensor will immediately pickup any movement if entry is from another window when the hallway is entered. Very satisfied with the overall Ring Security System. I bought the Ring System and bought two more sensors separatedly as well as the Ring Indoor Camera.

One keeps loosing signal

The other three are working fine. Pretty easy to install. But troubleshooting issues/problems can be a head scratcher.
