It does exactly what it says. It only cost $100 a year for monitoring instead of $50 a month. I will never own another Alarm.

It's great to be able to use your smartphone to check on what's going on at your house. I also have a Ring doorbell.

Important if you have a Ring alarm system

You should definitely have these sensors on all doors/windows on your house. While a motion sensor will work as a backup if someone gets into your house, I'd much prefer to know someone is breaking in BEFORE they are inside the house.

Needed for the Apartment

That worked for the front door but needed an additional one for the patio door. System should come with 2 I would think but worth the extra dollars for the piece of mind

However, the size of these sensors are physically too large. They look hideous in our home.
