Purchased other sensors as well with no issues but a bit frustrated that newly packaged product was defective.

Good security system by Ring

I ended up get a couple of more range extenders than expected. Once I got those in place, the whole system works really well.

The sensors have to be lined "just right" or they will not work. But other then that I have them for about 4 months with no issues.
