Geek Squad did a great professional job installing our system. Excellecent product. We are using it in three of our homes. A combined 46 windows and doors are now secured.

The ring sensors are easy to install and are quite reliable. They will still work if they are on a door with a frame and there is a little bit of a gap between the sensors. Nope that while these will capture someone opening or closing a door, they won't go off of someone just shatters glass and comes through, so you'll want a glass shatter sensor for large windows or sliding glass doors

I have set up ring security on my house for a while, and the contact sensors are great. The battery life is terrific. These stick to the door or window frame perfectly, and also, you can tilt either magnet or sensor if required to be fit in a narrow space. If you are going to use an open window magnet, you have to stick the sensor on the window and the magnets on the frame or wall.

Ring - Alarm Contact Sensor (2nd Gen) (6-Pack) - White - love them. I would suggest Ring offer in other colors. We have wood stained doors and the sensors stand-out because of their color. That’s the only negative comment I have. They were easy to set-up and the size worked well for us. For the cost of the 6 pack $99 and the yearly cost of Ring $107 - this is a no brainer. 2 thumbs up and I do recommend.

Second Gen is smaller and uses coin batteries. Setup was easy and install went better than 1st Gen.

Got this to add to my ring home security because I had an extra window. Really easy to set up and gives me peace of mind knowing all of my doors and windows are covered. Worked seamlessly with the ring home security system package I previously purchased.

I added these to our existing security system and it is so easy to set em up. Hey, I'm 76 years old and if it's that easy for me then anyone should be capable. The original system still has required no battery replacement.

Good and quick, easy installation myself (it would've been a hassle to get total tech to do it when I set up everything else myself). Reliable. These worked fine. I've had some problems with the ones from Amazon where 5%-8% of them don't work. No problems with the ones from Bestbuy.

My wife bought these nifty little gadgets for our Ring Alarm system, she found them here at best buy 6-pack for $99 its was $108 total with tax. These are great, she programmed them to our ring system without any problems they were very easy to add to our system. I would recommend these and would buy more in the future if needed. Great Product

I have these on all doors and Windows. Sleek design made it easy to tuck away on windows. Nice simple feature is that you can name each one and know exactly what location is being opened/closed. Linked with alarm and through phone for all notifications. Make sure to team with glass break sensors. Little pricey for 2.

So easy to install and fast too. The entire system was a breeze. I purchased the Ring Alarm 14pc kit but because we have so many windows and doors on the 1st and basement levels i had to buy some extra sensors. The install was flawless. Here's a bonus...I found out that if you already pay for Ring cloud storage for your cameras professional monitoring is included!!!! What a bargain. Bonus #2...instead of buying extra keypads use your old cell or tablet. When it is connected to wifi and you download the app it has the same functionality as a keypad. Within the app you can download and print an alarm certificate that you can send to your insurance company to get a discount. Over a few years the system pays for itself! You can thank me later.
