Posted .Hi 2Legit2quit. I definitely understand the importance of being able to rely on your Ring Alarm system for a sense of security. The Contact Sensors or Motion Detectors that are going offline may be a bit far from the Base Station, causing the connection to not be as stable. You can try repositioning the Base Station to be in a more central location of our home. Another option is to use a Ring Alarm Range Extender at around a halfway point between the Contact Sensors or Motion Detectors that are falling offline and the Base Station. Good but need more tones

Gives peace of mind with young children in the house. Just wish they had more tones, only 5 available
