I’m really happy with my Ring Camera purchase and feel much more secure at home now. The setup was incredibly easy, and I had it up and running in minutes. The video quality is excellent, even in low light, thanks to the night vision feature. The motion detection alerts are quick, and I love that I can get notifications right to my phone, no matter where I am. Although the cloud storage requires a subscription, it’s worth it for the ability to review and store footage. Good surveillance camera, lets us know when someone is at the front door. It gives an alert and records what it sees, so you can review it. First 30 days are free, then you must subscribe if you want to record videos and have them saved. It's also a bright floodlight at night and we replaced our older non camera flood with it. We bought 2 of these and at almost $200 each it's pricey, but peace of mind is worth it.

Not that great. Audio quality is good but image quality is not that great

This floodlight camera works really good. Installation was simple. It connected to my internet without issues. The video quality is good. It picks up all motion from people, vehicles, animals and trees/bushes moving in the wind. The nighttime quality is also good. It has auto lights on/off with motion or set the light to turn on/off at certain times, or constant on/off. The light is also very bright! You can also speak through it to someone outside.

I replaced an existing flood light, installation was easy with included instructions. Motion activated, brightly illuminates our driveway and sidewalks facilitating after dark arrivals/departures. Through the Ring app, and your smart phone you can monitor the camera, have a conversation, or activate a siren to startle an intruder, from anywhere.

I’ve tried the other “big” brands for outdoor security cameras. Trust me when I say, don’t bother with the other brands for those outdoor cameras. They’re all subpar compared to the Ring. Ring seriously shows you very clear and great quality videos with minimal disconnects from your wifi (as long as you have an extender otherwise no matter what the wifi will never reach if it’s too far). I’ve had maybe 1 disconnect every year or so which is incredible. There’s no such thing as a camera that doesn’t disconnect from your network. Most of the time it’ll resolve itself and reconnect after a day or so which is also again fantastic. This one has flood lights attached and you can control it with your ring app. Very easy to set up when it automatically comes on with motion. The other big brands I’ve tried always had issues with losing connection, the image being too grainy or unclear. There’s not point to a security camera that cannot properly activate with motion, be connected to the internet, or not have clear images. Pay the extra money and get this one. Ring has the tech for this. They are totally worth the cost. I hate that I even wasted money trying out the other ones. I should have just gone straight for this. Learn from my mistakes!!!

This light has been one of the easiest to install and set up. The reach on the motion detector is amazing! We live on a farm and need the extra reach. The light is bright and extremely clear! I have recommended this light to several family members that have actually purchased it! It is pricy though! I have to say it is a MUST HAVE!!

This flood light is awesome. It came with all the necessary hardware and then some (all different sizes of things for whatever size junction box you have) Make sure you do a little research if you've never wired anything before. Make sure the power is off on your fuse box, and I even test the hot line with a non-contact voltage tester pen. The camera on this is really nice, audio is alright. Night vision looks great. You can customize motion settings/zones, light settings, recording settings, all within the app. The lights on this are super bright but you can dim them. The only thing missing from the ring universe in my opinion, are home screen app widgets for android phones, but that's more an issue with the app. Otherwise the app is easy to use and full of features. I did research a handful of other flood light cameras before deciding on this one, but a major factor in me picking this was the line of ring products as a whole.

Love this! It was very easy to install, and works flawlessly with the ring app. We purchased it for added security on the back side of our property. The floodlight is bright and the camera is very clear, wasn't sure how 1080p would be, but it is perfect! We're probably going to buy another one.

After catching the lunatic I bought my house from trying to break onto my property the other day with a few of his friends while I (a small, young woman) worked from home alone I finally decided to cave and buy a few ring cameras to bring me some peace of mind. After filing a police report and getting my heart rate under control, I began searching on best buy for home security products and purchased a few ring cameras to cover the full perimeter around my house. I opted for free next day shipping on the floodlight cams, and paid a small fee ($10) for next day shipping on the ring doorbell. Within 3 hours of my purchase, best buy had delivered my two floodlight cameras and the doorbell arrived before 10am the next day. All cameras were very easy to install, and come with plenty of different screws, anchors, and necessary tools to make setup easy. The camera provides a much better picture than I would have ever imagined. Even at night when the floodlight is off there is still a very clear image available to view. While I'm still a bit unnerved from the experience, the ability to quickly open an app and see what is going on anywhere on my property has brought me a lot of comfort and peace of mind as I'm home alone throughout the day.

Mounting spotlight camera took me only 10 minutes to install. Climbing up my 20 foot ladder where I placed the camera on gable end of house, gave a perfect view of entire front yard and driveway! After making adjustments with the settings on app, it works amazingly well! Camera senses motion about 60 feet away when a car pulls in the end of my long driveway! I recommend having one of these spotlight cameras to anyone. I have the doorbell camera as well and between the two you dont miss anything, especially all the UPS/ FedEx deliveries. My wife talks through the speakers of either of the two of them when I return home from work to say hello. Love it!!!

Great product! Installed under an eave and the install process was as simple as wiring up a regular light. Our WiFi router is about 30 ft from the camera and the quality of the video is amazing! I like how once it senses motion and starts recording, it actually has the first couple seconds prior to the motion. We have two other ring cameras, spot cam and doorbell pro. This is was the easiest to install and has the best quality of all three.
