Owned for 3 weeks when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I had a handy person install these set up was easy with ring app and it serves my purpose of being able to see what’s happening around Cons: notifications are late so when I check in most cases it is not live secondly I changed my wi if router so guess what all cameras stopped I I stopped getting notification realized what’s happening but not easy fix I had to get a ladder out and go up to each camera and reset it and then reset each location it on phone Customer service assistance on phone you have to be on hold almost half an hour to get help

Based on your review, it seems that you are having trouble with answering your doorbell from your Ring App. Rapid Ring is a "light" version of the classic Ring app with most of the features stripped out except for the ability to activate a Live View and respond to an event as quickly as possible. By using the Rapid Ring app in conjunction with the original Ring app, you'll be able to answer your notifications as quickly as possible. This is a great addition if you want to cover a driveway or side entrance to your house.
