If you are experiencing an issue with your Ring Floodlight Cam Plus’s sound quality, we recommend that you check the following: Bring your Ring Floodlight Cam Plus near your router and trigger an event. If the sound improves, you may want to add a wifi extender like the Ring Chime Pro to your setup to improve connectivity. If the sound does not improve, try holding the setup button down for twenty seconds and testing again. Remove the power source from your Ring Floodlight Cam Plus for twenty seconds, reinsert it, then test audio again.
The Ring Floodlight Cam Plus can be installed on a wall or under an eave. It will be important to properly install the mounting bracket and adjust the device depending on where you are installing it. If you’re installing under an eave, the arrow should point toward the wall. If you’re mounting the Ring Floodlight Cam Plus on an eave or overhang, you will also have to rotate the lights away from the camera. Visit our support center for a step-by-step installation guide.

This one was put on the side of my townhome to provide some extra security. It was very easy to install and set up. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a quality security camera/light

The Ring network setup was quick. Camera quality is very good and there are setting to customize the camera to optimize sensitity, alert notifications and picture quality.

Unfortunately, I did return this item unopened, unused . I purchased this ring camera in the smaller outdoor ring camera and returned both because I was gifted one camera, and I already have many of these up around my home now. But at the time of purchase, I just didn’t know which one I would want and where I might want to put it for sure. what I have up in my house now is this exact camera purchase at a different time and it works great that was a year ago. I love the ring cameras!

I'm not a lover of tech, but this gives good pictures and is easy for me to operate. I love that we're able to monitor what's going on around our home whether we're there or not.

The camera is the same quality that you expect from ring. I like having a sense of security knowing that our backyard is secured by this product.
