We had one issue so we called customer service and they were great! Walked us through everything, we figured out what we weren't doing right. I would definitely give the camera,light & customer service a 5 star rating.

I already had a ring cam doorbell, so adding the floodlight cam was a breeze. Feed has been clear and very responsive. Got it on sale and totally worth it. Highly recommend.

I have all wired spots, floods and stick ups. What’s best about ring besides the clarity and reliability, the service cloud cost. After a few cameras the rest are free. Max/year. Great deal and great customer service. They have exchanged older cameras at zero cost. They stand behind their products! A+++

The quality and performance of Ring products is hard to beat. I can see and hear what's happening at home at any time and that gives me incredible peace of mind. I installed one in my driveway and another in the backyard. I can even talk to my dogs. Hahaha

Best decision ever - maximum security

This is great for maximum security, it has motion on and off but you can also turn on and off from your cellphone. It coveres the whole front so we have no worries what’s happening around our house.
