This is a great item. Easy to setup and perfect for my backyard.

The light is great. Big problem is I went to the store to buy one because it was a last minute gift and needed to know I had one.There wasn’t any on the shelf. I asked two employees if they are out of them or maybe they have some in the back? They told me no so they didn’t have to look”No we don’t have any in the back we don’t keep any stock in the back” is what they said. So I left went in the parking lot and looked it up. Bought it and was emailed back saying confirmed and they’ll text me when it’s ready. So I had to make 2 trips to the store for one purchase. That was frustrating. I’m convinced they don’t want consumers in the store anymore they want us to buy everything online and come pick it up. Unfortunately I should have just done that in the first place.

I was concerned that the Floodlight, which needed a ceiling installation, was no going to work, but the installation went flawlessly and the camera works as well as described. Less fish eye and a zoom capability would make this even better.

So easy to install. Before putting it up make sure you scan it 1st before you put it up or you will have to take it down to scan.

Due to 3 separate instances of someone opening the gates in our yard, we decided to add the Ring Floodlight cam and a stick-up cam to cover our 2 gates and the entrance to the garage. Installation was not too difficult. Be careful of the direction of the unit because we installed it upsides down the first time. (not as obvious as you would think). So far is it working well. I was worried it would alert every time dogs/cats and squirrels cross their paths, but fortunately, it does happen very often. The only reason for taking off a star is because we now have 3 ring products, including a Ring doorbell, and the "Chime" in the house cannot be set to different tones to let you know which of the 3 Ring items has alerted. You are forced to run for your phone to check it on the app. This should be an easy thing to program. I also find the app to be overly complicated and not intuitive to find certain settings.

Had the doorbell for the backyard and appreciate the floodlight much better.

This is a wonderful item to have. Good quality. You never miss anything that takes place in front of your house. Lights up the driveway. Also has good range.

This flood light camera is WAY better than my vivint doorbell camera. The picture quality is super clear and you can even see small details like logos on someone’s uniform. It looks like I will be officially switching all of my devices to ring!

If you like the ring products, this is a Ring product. Camera plus decent LED spot lights. This has a much better motion detector than 2 other LED motion activated security lights I slapped up to replace the rock-solid old-school motion detector that was up there. The other 2 I tried were brighter, but didn't hand the correct amount of motion detection. Either way too much or I had to dance to turn them on. I probably could have kept $100 in my pocket by trying a 3rd or 4th light a finding one that didn't require a special dance for activation, but who has that kind of time? Plus ( pun intended ) this one is a ring and now i can see myself dance on the internet. The Pro has some neat features, but not $100 neat, so that's my line apparently. I'll spend $100 more to watch myself dance, but not $200 more than a non-camera LED security light.

Ring floodlight is a must!! Great product, clarity and surveillance width is exceptional. I get a clear and great pictures on both my floodlights!!

Makes the driveway to our pole barn visible that’s where my husband keeps his cars but most importantly it lights up my garden and keeps the animals from eating my flowers and plants Thanks

This is our third one and the first 2 are still operating like new. We love the security these lights provide by letting us see who is on our property unannounced. We’ve had a few issues with homeless people lately and this should be at least a deterrent.

I purchased 3 of these and love every single one of them. Clear video, clear sound ,superb build quality. Overall id recommend this item to anyone looking into security cameras

Suggested to get the Ring Floodlight to pair with the doorbell and it has made my parents feel better at night knowing our garage/ vehicles are being watched over just incase a breakin were to happen.
