If you are experiencing an issue with your Ring Floodlight Cam Plus’s sound quality, we recommend that you check the following: Bring your Ring Floodlight Cam Plus near your router and trigger an event. If the sound improves, you may want to add a wifi extender like the Ring Chime Pro to your setup to improve connectivity. If the sound does not improve, try holding the setup button down for twenty seconds and testing again. Remove the power source from your Ring Floodlight Cam Plus for twenty seconds, reinsert it, then test audio again.
The Ring Floodlight Cam Plus can be installed on a wall or under an eave. It will be important to properly install the mounting bracket and adjust the device depending on where you are installing it. If you’re installing under an eave, the arrow should point toward the wall. If you’re mounting the Ring Floodlight Cam Plus on an eave or overhang, you will also have to rotate the lights away from the camera. Visit our support center for a step-by-step installation guide.

I have forgotten how easy it was with the video step by step installation on the app. The led lights are very bright and I do wish Ring has a setting to activate the light at a lower intensity from dusk to dawn

It not only provides me a better sense of security when I am not home - but also lets me see out front when I am home. It also have the nice feature of a floodlight that comes on when I drive into my driveway.

Simple replacement for an existing yard light (just remember to keep the switch in the on position for it to work all the time). Video is very clear and light brightness is adjustable using the app!
