Of all the Ring products I purchased this was the most difficult to install yet easy. The reason it was more difficult is because I did not have electricity wires run to that side of my house. Once the line was run, it went smoothly. Set up was a breeze. The lights are bright without blinding me or my neighbors (that I know of) the range of the camera is awesome. I can position things how I want them and preset the times the lights come on and go off.

Goodbye ARLO ! Goodbye unacceptable video quality and goodbye batteries. Switched to Ring and the upgrade is incredible. Ring is built better, offers more features, much easier to use and I installed this in under 5 minutes with the included guide. Ring includes everything you need for a perfect install including tools. Set up is super easy using the app and the is a Rapid Ring app when you just quickly want to see the live camera. Picture quality and field of view are far superior to Arlo and my other cams. I haven't tested out the Night Vision but if it's as other Ring owners have claimed

Less than a decade ago the kind of security system I’ve now got with Ring products like this one would have cost thousands of dollars and been inferior. With Total tech installation service, putting a couple of these floodlights in to replace my original outdoor lights went swimmingly. The video and audio quality exceeded my expectations, especially the night vision function.

Just like to say this ring floodlight has such a Fantastic picture. Was so easy to install. I liked the the way view of my front porch. This flood has great look at night. I have another ring floodlight in the back porch. I highly recommend. I would buy again to. As in closing i did buy onsale 118.00

I’ve tried the other “big” brands for outdoor security cameras. Trust me when I say, don’t bother with the other brands for those outdoor cameras. They’re all subpar compared to the Ring. Ring seriously shows you very clear and great quality videos with minimal disconnects from your wifi (as long as you have an extender otherwise no matter what the wifi will never reach if it’s too far). I’ve had maybe 1 disconnect every year or so which is incredible. There’s no such thing as a camera that doesn’t disconnect from your network. Most of the time it’ll resolve itself and reconnect after a day or so which is also again fantastic. This one has flood lights attached and you can control it with your ring app. Very easy to set up when it automatically comes on with motion. The other big brands I’ve tried always had issues with losing connection, the image being too grainy or unclear. There’s not point to a security camera that cannot properly activate with motion, be connected to the internet, or not have clear images. Pay the extra money and get this one. Ring has the tech for this. They are totally worth the cost. I hate that I even wasted money trying out the other ones. I should have just gone straight for this. Learn from my mistakes!!!

This is a replace floodlight for our first gen version - the first gen version (18 months old - out of warranty) started to display the picture as pink. This was a common issue with the 1st gen floodlights where the night time lens would get stuck and display pink during the day. All the resetting and customer support in the work would not fix it. NOW - This new floodlight cam is super clear, easy to setup, and also purchased the 4 year replacement with it (think about $35). this is the deal to get to save yourself paying another $250 for a new light/cam in the future. Return and replace (keep the box just in case)

Quality camera images with a wide viewing range. The LED lights are a low energy method to provide bright lights when needed. Motion detector options are great. My concern is rising annual subscription fees. At least there is an annual cap of $100 per home for more than 2 devices on the same account.

Great addition to our Ring camera setup. Clear picture with very customizable settings for alerts and notifications. Best feature for us is the light and ability to light up our yard. Very easy setup and activation. Not to mention the great price!!

Overall good and does the job. The voice and sound system could be better. Also wish it was flexible more and could be attached better under overhangs and eaves.

The video are real time and clear. I like being able to have the app on my phone very convenient

Does the job. Clean video. Clear sound. But at times the lights get stuck on and you have to reset the unit. If you need to reset you need access to it to press a button and reconnect fully.

We purchased the Ring Flood Light Surveillance Camera and I'm glad that we did because it rings to let me know when someone is pulling up to my house and coming up the stairs to my back door. It gives me piece of mind that I am safe and if anyone tries to break in they're being taped and the Police will be called automatically. It's a Perfect System! We also purchased the Ring Doorbell and another Camera for the Front of the House so I can see when packages get delivered.
