My problem is with the night/day sensor. Two of them won’t turn off. The lights just stay in all the time unless I power them off completely

Posted .Hi Hithereitsme. I'm glad you're enjoying the video quality on your Floodlight Cam, and I'd be happy to help with your other concerns. The lights on your Floodlight Cam shouldn't be coming on during the day or staying on all day, unless you have a Light Schedule in place. I'd also recommend reviewing the light settings for your Floodlight Cam, as outlined here: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004155866-Controlling-the-Floodlights-and-Light-Settings-on-Your-Floodlight-Cam. Good Security Camera

My only complaint is that you need an additional Ring hub to connect to your wi-fi. Since I was replacing a wired security light, installation was easy. Once you have the hub connected to your wi-fi the system gives alerts and clear pictures.
