Easy to install with minimal tools (included). With a basic knowledge of electrical safety it's very quick to mount and start using. Very happy with my purchase, I am buying another to complete the coverage areas. Highly recommend it.

This is great. It's a bit more expensive than the other LED motion activated security lights that my local stores sell. This activates at an angle that seems almost fortune-teller like. I have it mounted high(about 20ft) on the side of my house. I couldn't tell you if the person that is captured on the camera has any blemishes on their skin, but i can tell that it is not one of my family members. I tried 2 from different brands that were on sale for half the price. They were both rated as being brighter. I can't tell the difference btwn this one and the higher rated ones. What I can comment on is the ability to tune this one for the length of time i want it to stay on, the other 2 had settings from 30 seconds to 5 minutes, but really the switch on those was merely a switch, on for 5min or not. This isn't supposed to be a review of those other 2 LED lights, but they were at the top end of the options and didn't work as advertised, the RING light does. It's more expensive and I'm not sure how long the LED bulbs will last compared to replaceable bulbs, but this one does the job, every time.

Crystal clear video,, acceptable audio. Nice and bright when it pops on. If I were a thief, I'd try to be elsewhere. My only complaint is that when clouds pass in front of the sun, or when tree limbs wave in the breeze, the Ring camera detects that as motion. So I have been getting a few false positives. But I can live with a security device that is *too* aware!

Was looking for a backyard security camera and it goes great with all the other Ring security products around the house. Clear black and white video and very bright floodlight. Have not had any disconnection problems yet also the speaker on the floodlight cam is loud and clear.

Very nice quality. Clear image, bright lights and easy set-up. Would definitely buy again.
