My problem is with the night/day sensor. Two of them won’t turn off. The lights just stay in all the time unless I power them off completely

Posted .Hi Hithereitsme. I'm glad you're enjoying the video quality on your Floodlight Cam, and I'd be happy to help with your other concerns. The lights on your Floodlight Cam shouldn't be coming on during the day or staying on all day, unless you have a Light Schedule in place. You can learn more about Light Schedules here: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/360058421812-How-to-Use-Security-Camera-Light-Schedules-. I'd also recommend reviewing the light settings for your Floodlight Cam, as outlined here: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/115004155866-Controlling-the-Floodlights-and-Light-Settings-on-Your-Floodlight-Cam. My only complaint is that you need an additional Ring hub to connect to your wi-fi. Since I was replacing a wired security light, installation was easy. Once you have the hub connected to your wi-fi the system gives alerts and clear pictures.

Wish we had a book to read on how to use the settings . Installation went well just trying to get it set up is giving us some trouble.

Had problems trying to locate the Password to access the system. We did locate the Password from Geek Squad (?) or someone on that level to explain what to do when this happens. We just have to take time to experiment on how to get it to work.
