Ring makes good products. Camera is clear and integrates with the rest of the system. Setup is a breeze.

Great product eazy to install have nothing bad to say about this product. Resolution of the camera is super great and I had no idea how big the radius of the camera really was at frist but i can see very far with it

Works just like they said it would! Let's me know if it is a person or just motion! Also have a door bell & regular camera. I also have night owl cameras, there features are not quite as good, but have a hard drive.

The cam is great. Way clearer than my ring doorbell. I only had issues the first few days with signal. I wish reconnecting it to the wifi wasn't so complicated. I haven't had issues since. Only downside I noticed is that you can't see license plates clearly. Also, I wish the siren was louder. Our next door neighbors can barely hear it. Overall I love being able to always keep an eye on my home.

This is a great item. Easy to setup and perfect for my backyard.

Installation instructions were very good and the installation went quickly. The only issue I've had is extending wifi to the floodlight cam installed above the garrage doors. I needed to install a wifi extender and these can require some positional treaking to maintain a good signal.

Wasn't sure if the Ring floodlight was worth the cost, but man, I do love this. I ended up buying two more and have my entire house covered now. It is nice seeing what is coming and going and I do feel like I have a greater visibility. Very easy to install.

So easy to install. Before putting it up make sure you scan it 1st before you put it up or you will have to take it down to scan.

The light is great. Big problem is I went to the store to buy one because it was a last minute gift and needed to know I had one.There wasn’t any on the shelf. I asked two employees if they are out of them or maybe they have some in the back? They told me no so they didn’t have to look”No we don’t have any in the back we don’t keep any stock in the back” is what they said. So I left went in the parking lot and looked it up. Bought it and was emailed back saying confirmed and they’ll text me when it’s ready. So I had to make 2 trips to the store for one purchase. That was frustrating. I’m convinced they don’t want consumers in the store anymore they want us to buy everything online and come pick it up. Unfortunately I should have just done that in the first place.

We love the Ring door bell. And pairing it with the app makes it really nice. Easy to use and know what’s happening at home.

Due to 3 separate instances of someone opening the gates in our yard, we decided to add the Ring Floodlight cam and a stick-up cam to cover our 2 gates and the entrance to the garage. Installation was not too difficult. Be careful of the direction of the unit because we installed it upsides down the first time. (not as obvious as you would think). So far is it working well. I was worried it would alert every time dogs/cats and squirrels cross their paths, but fortunately, it does happen very often. The only reason for taking off a star is because we now have 3 ring products, including a Ring doorbell, and the "Chime" in the house cannot be set to different tones to let you know which of the 3 Ring items has alerted. You are forced to run for your phone to check it on the app. This should be an easy thing to program. I also find the app to be overly complicated and not intuitive to find certain settings.
