They give me peace of mind when not at home. The recording that plays telling them that they are being recorded is a bonus when they enter the recording area is fun to see the four legged intruder reaction.

I needed a different product but the call center Best Buy forces customers to purchase from completely screwed up the order. Then the rep they contracted out to install it was desperately trying to get us to cancel the appointment making it obvious he had no desire to install our products. I ended up having him return the items and I haven’t been able to contact the store about my refund which I have yet to receive. I’m worried I’ll have to go to small claims court in order to receive my refund. Terrible experience.

Now that it's up - it is a fantastic addition to the other ring lights/bell around the house
