Sometimes, I get a lag/delay in response time, but that may have more to do with the distance between the camera and my router.

I needed a different product but the call center Best Buy forces customers to purchase from completely screwed up the order. Then the rep they contracted out to install it was desperately trying to get us to cancel the appointment making it obvious he had no desire to install our products. I ended up having him return the items and I haven’t been able to contact the store about my refund which I have yet to receive. I’m worried I’ll have to go to small claims court in order to receive my refund. Terrible experience.

Nobody can understand a word. Called Ring and the girl told me I needed to extend the wi/fi. That does not make sense. I can hear and understand people but no way they can understand me.
