Great floodlight cam. Has a great brightness, easy to install, and camera has good quality

I replaced my floodlights with the Ring Floodlight Cam and wow, what a difference. The light that the floods put off is incredible. Easy to adjust timer and motion range from the Ring App. The picture quality is very good both day and night. One thing to keep in mind if you purchase the Ring Floodlight Cam is that you will need a strong internet signal in the area of the floodlight in order to have the camera record and display properly. Other than that, AWESOME!!!

Easy installation and camera works great. The view of the camera is broad & clear.

When motion is detected, the Ring Floodlight Cam activates the floodlights and alerts me instantly. I'm able to watch and hear a live HD feed of what’s happening, plus I can talk through the speakers right from my phone.

Bought the floodlights camera after seeing a commercial for it. What I didn't know is you needed an existing floodlight or some kind of power source in the spot where you want your floodlight camera. Luckily there was one where I was placing mine. The installation was really easy and setup was a no brainer. The quality is perfect!

Very easy to install and great video quality. I was super impressed at how easy this was to put up and how much information ring gives you. My mom is loving this device. She recently canceled her ADT service and has switched over to the $10 a month plan from ring. She has this, the door bell, and the security system. All have been super easy and I have installed everything myself. I had no electrical knowledge prior to doing all of these items.

The ring floodcams are just terrific. The combination of motion lights with a good quality camera is a great combo. You have to have a very strong WiFi to make these work. That point can not be stressed enough.

I installed several of these cameras around our house for extra security. They work great. The picture is hard to beat. Easy software to navigate. We do have some grasses planted around the camera and the camera will activate when the grass blows in the wind. Even on the lowest sensitivity setting, this seems to be an issue. But really, that’s my only complaint. Installation was simple. Very happy overall with the product.

This floodlight security camera is everything that RING said it would be. The install and setup was easy. No major problems. Connecting to internet was straight forward. The smartphone app is user friendly.

We installed this on the outdoor garage light (electrical box from light) and the picture is amazing. Works perfect and alerts you when it sees something...thinking of getting another one. Love the lights...

The security light is a lot better than I thought just amazing very bright and very responsive I got to say I recommend everybody to buy one I’m actually thinking about buying another one for the backyard

The store clerk really helped me with my decision by giving me all the information I needed. This camera was simple to set up and use. I have been using this camera for 3 weeks now and it works very well.

This camera and flood light combo is great. The only thing I would change if I could would be the led light. The led lights are a yellow color and the led lights on my house are pure hyper white. Wish there was a back up battery on the camera when the electricity is out in the area. Other then that it works great. Took 10 minutes to install and set up. It gives my wife and myself a piece of mind when the kids get home and we are away from the house.

I'm no newbie when it comes to Ring products. At present I have two Ring Pro Doorbells, two Ring Floodlight Cameras (this review) and the Ring Security System. All Ring products work flawlessly together and are accessed through the same app. I could drone on about the quality of the picture, night vision, sensitivity, ability to speak through the unit, remotely activate the built-in siren, etc... but at this point you've probably read that in other reviews. One of the best things about Ring products is their ability to use IFTTT. The IFTTT app lets you do amazing things - for example, I can set my WEMO devices/light switches to turn on when my Ring camera detects motion during a certain period (e.g. At night, when I'm away, when the security system is armed, etc.). If you've read that the camera cannot be mounted on an eave / under a gutter - that information is wrong. I have mine mounted under the gutter (and upside down according to the instructions) and the video automatically displays "right side up" in the app. Bottom line - This is a very high quality product, which the price premium reflects - but worth every penny. You can tailor the unit for any of your needs and make it as active or passive as you'd like. I'd give it 6/5 if I could.
