Great monitoring service

It was great comfort to know and see my place while in a different state. It also provides peace of mind, when I want to run a quick errand and the teenagers don't want to tag along. I can always keep an eye on them as well as communicate via the Chime. It was a great investment for my family.

Setting the zones is a hassle because it requires a motion test to save settings but never picks up the movement so it picks up what it feels like. More of a hassle and drain of money than it's worth

Best camera doorbell on the market

I broke one of the brackets while installing. I called the customer service number and a real person answered the phone. Not only that, they sent me the part I broke at no charge. I mean no charge, ne shipping, no handling, nothing. This is the best system available.!!!!!
