SimpliSafe has a great support team. Knowledgeable and happily helpful. Had to send me a different mobile number module for a different provider as the original one would not grab a signal.

It took me several phone calls to get this system to work. I am not pleased with this system. I'd rather add 100.00 or more a get areal quality system. The doorbell picks up some movement or it will pick up the delivery truck as b it's driving away.

I love everything about my ring. I can monitor my home from my cell phone and I can talk directly to the postman/ deliver guy. It is a must have!!!!!

This is the best doorbell/ security combo you can find. It catches motion at any setting you like. While at work I can see who comes to the door on my phone. Fantastic Product.

kits cameras doorbells now a flood light, the ring of security is not close to fullproof but i use the cameras to add to the protection of my real security system.

I had high hopes for this product, however, it falls way short of expectations. The stick-cams are pretty much useless. They can't detect wifi signals as soon as they are outside, even though other devices show a strong signal. They basically do not work. Also, Ring charges $30 a year per device if you want cloud recording, so that's $90 a year if you want the whole system to record. As for the Ring doorbell itself, it's okay. But, forget about having a flag outside your house, or you will get motion alerts constantly.

I have 10 people in my house and everyone has a iPhone, iPad, and iPod. I couldn't get the ring to work case my WiFi wasn't able to accommodate it. I had to bring it back.

We purchased this combo for our condo. Our door is too close to the road for it to work correctly and the cameras were not connecting. We ended up returning

To start, one of the cameras was dead in the box - it had to be sent back and a new one received in it's place. They can very easily get confused about wifi and refuse to accept or send any sort of signal, even 5 feet from the router. Their support will constantly assume it's something in your home and only after hours and hours of battling finally agree their product has an issue. The front door cam's motion is set off plenty by trucks driving by, but not people. When it does work, the video is pixelated, but alright. The cloud storage it has for video is a saving grace though.

This is a great device to have to check on my home. Im able to see when people come to my house and at what time. Its a great camera system ths far.

Good idea works great but only with subscription. Didn't realize that at purchase need an internal way to capture video and pics then it would get 5 stars.
