    it is either refurbished or an open box item. great product though , perfect for my needs. Unable to return them as I am leaving town and needed to install them. Otherwise I have given it 5 stars.

    Motion sensors do not set off till after a person is walking away they ring doorbell it takes 4 minutes to connect to talk and see anyone

    Love the camera system along with the ringer. I would say it takes a few days to fine tune all of the proximity sensors.
