Bell hard wired but it doesn't work. Cameras need to be charged very often. I would recommend the product but not the Geek Squad to install.

This does everything I hoped it would do and more. Works great and easy to use and install. Got a great price at Best Buy compared to Amazon and Ring online. I went ahead and bought a solar panel a few weeks ago to charge one of my stick up cams and will buy another soon For my other cam. Great customer service from Ring. They are A#1!

I was researching a doorbell/cam for an older couple, many mix reviews, most of the reviews where from when the ring first came out with some bugs..so far they have updated their software. I installed it for them..they could not be anymore happier...and the cloud service is only $30.00 a YEAR!..Wow, what other company can beat that! This combination is the cheapest I could find, this is only issued for best buy, no other store sell this trio for cheap., but then I bought it when it was on sale for $399.00. I highly recommend this product.

This product is great, gives you video in real time on your smart phone, and stores the video. Very sensitive to movement. Took a video of a spider swinging on a web at night past a stickup camera. The night infra red system has a range of about 5 ft, which is good for doorbell, but could be longer for stick up camera based on location.

The doorbell worked well while I had it installed. I am sure the cameras would have been great too. However, it costs $3 per month, per camera (so that would be $9 a month for this set) to use the cloud services Ring offers. The doorbell still functions without the cloud services, but you would not be able to utilize some of the features I wanted from this product. The doorbell itself I would recommend, but you can get a good set of security cameras with a DVR for a better price that you do not have to pay a monthly fee to access.

Easy set up. Ot too bad on pic quality. Sometimes though when looking at it immediately after a eing, it doesn't show up. Overall pretty good.

The doorbell is great the cams didn't work for me, the delay was too long in connecting to the video.

The installation for the doorbell and camera is very simple. Load up the ring app and follow the instructions and you are ready to view.

We are no longer worried about anyone coming to our door. Whether a package is dropped off or visitors arrive; we are notified immediately! We have an elderly parent living with us. Mom no longer has to answer the door. We can do it from our phones no matter of our location. Easy to setup and great tech support when you need it.

I set up my ring security system door bell up front, 1 camera each on North and South side of house. I was able to refine distance so it does not pick up cars driving by but I can see any one trying to enter my property. I can even see if my dog is trying to escape and tell her to stay in the yard great tool for training.

Been about a month now and over all a great product but had some hiccups with placement / viewing angles and sensitivity of settings , I love the doorbell camera because can view anytime and answer back to whom standing there. Also can put them anywhere you want without looking for power or where to run wire. I received from Best buy free 2 solar panels that keep the battery fully charged!! My only gripe is sometimes it doesn't recognize someone's near the camera and change settings for 30 feet but not often.

The motions aren't always picked up and even with the volume is turned all the way up I have a problem hearing the notification signal.

I have my doorbell hardwired in however it continues to lose battery. I have reached out to the ring team by phone and email however have not been able to resolve the issue. The camera should not die every three weeks. Also, the picture quality is not the best. The additional monthly/annual fee for recordings is another factor I advise you to consider when comparing. I should have went with the sky bell.

Great camera system. Only issue is battery life and the warm up time it takes to get the camera recording when motion is detected.

Expecting the doorbell 2 combo to come out soon, the actual system has great resolution but wating on a 1080

This is an OK system, however for us, sometimes the cameras on the outside do not work as well, and at other times the ring chime is delayed by up to 5 minutes, don't know if when you get to 1/2 power left on a charge if this is the issue or not, seems to work fine when first charged, but after two weeks, it starts having issues.

This was my first time with a video door bell unit and I was pleased with it's ease of installing, set up and use afterwords.

Both the Ring Doorbell and cameras work well. They are not to hard to install and setup. You will have to use the Ring I Cloud for saving the videos that are created.

I was skeptical on purchasing this. I just recently bought a Google home and was going to buy some nest cams but ran across this package. I'm glad I did. I couldn't be any happier. No wires to deal with, simple installation. I would love for this package to include the solar panels for maybe another $30

It does as stated in a not so spectacular way. Did find battery life on cams running out quickly.
