If you have an issue there is a $99 charge for them to come out. The best decision ever was to purchase Ring to ensure total coverage of my property! I have since purchased 4 Ring cameras!

For example the otter that came in and feasted on my koi pond. Never detected him or the fish jumping. Only really spots human or big dogs

We have a Doorbell cam and a Front as well as a back cam. We did get an extra battery to switch out when a battery is low so we don't have to wait for a battery to charge to keep it active.
