Cameras stop working

One completely stopped reconnecting no matter what I tried, and now the second is doing the same — it’s online only sometimes, offline most of the time. The router is only 20 ft away, nothing has changed with my internet, and they worked fine at first. Then they just quit. This is incredibly disappointing. I expected much better from Ring, but these cameras have been nothing but trouble and clearly don’t last. I need to know if I can return or exchange them, because this quality is unacceptable.

I hope they can show color in pm pictures like am and where people walking down drive go...disappear. Overall great product. Highly satisfied. Bought a lot of Ring items.

I like that I can hear and communicate through these. When I purchased I didn't know this. I only thought I would be able to hear the surroundings. Little pricey but worth it.

Was a bit concerned they would not out out enough light. Boy was I wrong. Not saying they light up like a traditional spot light however are more than bright enough for thier intended purpose.

Great camera system for security.

Definitely use these with the solar panel kit and you never have to worry about recharging any batteries. Only thing that could improve these is license plate reading and facial recognition, but that's not gonna happen anytime soon. Good enough for now.

My daughter feels more confident home alone. It’s a safe community but nowhere on earth is safe, only heaven is!!! Only the connection at times which is not good. I hate that part.
