Sure they are not floodlighs but they do light up half my drive way and the one in the backyard lights up at least 20% of it. They die after 1 month of useage, you csn buy another battery for a total of 2 months or go solar which is the same price!

Because I’m not a paid My Best Buy Plus or Total member, they refused to issue a refund or exchange. Their own membership chart shows that only paying members get the extended 60‑day return window, while standard customers get just 15 days — yet that 15‑day policy was never printed anywhere on my receipt or included with my order. I was told to “check the website” to understand why some customers get different treatment. What made it worse is that when I asked what I was supposed to do with two defective cameras, they told me to “take it up with Ring” — but provided no contact information, no guidance, nothing. I went to the Ring dashboard myself and it was completely unhelpful. Best Buy’s call center even told me they’re “not obligated” to help me get Ring’s information or assist with the issue in any way. They also made it clear they wouldn’t bend any rules for non‑paying members, even if it meant losing a loyal customer. So now I’m out a few hundred dollars, stuck with defective products, and left with the worst customer service experience I’ve had in years. Thanks, Best Buy, for making it this difficult.

I have seven of these in white on the house and an additional four of these in black hidden in the trees. My home is considered to be the most secure home in the area. Still adding more with time.
