Ring is the best

This purchase was due to failure of first gen spot light cam after almost two years. I am a Best Buy member. Thought i would never use my membership benefits. Thanks Best Buy! Thanks Ring!

Instead of wasting time with customer service, i bought new one. It is working really well and worth 5-Stars. I give 4-Stars since first one got broken.

Better looking cameras.

The stick up cams from Ring have always been "soup can" shapes - this obviously has the spotlight feature, and it just looks cooler. Video quality is - as always - quite good, and integrates with the Ring ecosystem.

Only down side is paying the monthly or yearly amount to save video recording for 180 days but for the peace of mind, it’s worth it.

It be nice if they made a longer lasting battery. Other than that, it’s a great cam & investment.

My rubicon was broken into and this cam got it all on video which allowed me to turn the footage over to the police department leading to the suspects arrest days later. Also lets me know when i get my amazon packages lol.
