Likely purchase extra back up battery, Ring customer service not able to offer any solution.

If the image appears blurry at a distance, try adjusting the camera's field of view and ensuring the camera is mounted at the recommended height of about 8 to 10 feet (2.5 to 3 meters), angled slightly downward, which helps improve overall image clarity at various distances. We also recommend downloading video clips prior to zooming in for optimal resolution.
