It works well but with one flaw

The one downer is you cannot turn off the light from coming on. So if you’re sitting on the patio at night and move you arm or head on comes the light.

The reason for me giving only 3 stars is that once you try to zoom in your picture will become distorted and useless. I only have the camera's set on zone for my property and the camera's are mounted under the soffit's which is the height of the top of a garage so it should give a better picture (This would not be good if you were mounting on second story building). If you wanted to know who was on your property it fails to give clear picture if needed to zoom in. My second problem when you get notification and try to view activity it takes a while to see footage, loading video. The good point is with these camera's the lights automatically turn on when someone or something comes into the zone area. It can give you some type of piece of mind to be able to monitor your property when away. So if needed you can then contact someone nearby to check on your home. I recommend these camera's because you don't have to worry that if your internet goes out that someone has to reboot your camera's that they automatically come back on line. Also they can be installed without a professional easy set up and installation for peace of mind. There is also YouTube videos on how to set up so you can remove the plug and reinstall without making a larger hole than needed.

We offer a lite version of the Ring App called Rapid Ring. This is a companion app that is designed to quickly connect you to the live view and to answer notifications seamlessly. You'll need to use your original Ring app for all the settings functions built into your Ring device, such as seeing past videos or adjusting motion settings. To download the Rapid Ring app, please go to the App Store (for iOS devices) or the Play Store (for Android devices) and search for “Rapid Ring”. The Ring Spotlight Cam Wired features a1080p HD camera with two-way audio. It has a 270-degree horizontal motion detection angle (lights) and 140-degree camera field of view. Poor video quality is almost always caused by some sort of wifi issue.
