ring install a bumpy ride

Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.We first purchased the Arlo camera system but installer said that the Ring system would be a better fit for us. There were some items on our receipt that were not put on receipt correctly for the 1st installer to do a install. It took 3 attempts for install before we were able to get it all installed. It would help if Best buy would give a better communication to the installers that relate to in store purchase and what is told to customers how the process works. The ring system seems to work fine now that we upgraded our wifi.
