Owned for less than 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.hooked camera up and video is pretty good, we purchased this one because the stick up cams have very low audio outside, well this one has no audio, contacted support, and we went through many tests, we figured out it was defective.they said they would ship us a new one, few days later i contacted them to see if they sent it. they have not! they said it should ship soon its being processed still.2 weeks since we purchased them , one has white video for first 3 seconds then slowly comes clear ,have to return that to best buy .one has no audio at all, and sends alerts if a car comes within 100 ft of my house at night, have to keep it set on people only mode for it to work. and we are struggling to get a replacement for that one. we are almost at the point of taking them down and taking all of it back. and trying a different brand.

Ring spotlight wired

When I got it home, I looked at it a little closer and realized I didn't have plugs close enough to use without getting electrical lines run. ..also my thought was I didn't want to do any permanent changes to the outside of the house unless truly necessary...so I went with battery ones.
