Several of our people have these at home so we bought for our business. It wasn't compatible with our internet service and we spent hours on the phone with Ring trying to set up and configure it but it just wouldn't work. Finally gave up and bought the ARLO system with multiple cameras and set that up with no problem.

No sd card or a utility to save to your own cloud. Only records with a delay slot of the action has already happend after recording starts. Only does 30 seconds of recording per motion detect.
