This is a good product and allows you to talk to whoever is there.

Easy to install and use. Bought this for security at home and for kids. Can check front yard and backyard anytime.. Did not have to mess with any wires. Just put it where you want install app and connect.

The camera works great and has great features. The big issue I had with the camera is that you cannot download any videos and you HAVE to pay a fee for cloud storage even if you don't want it. I ended up returning and buying another system that has free cloud storage for 7 days.

The purchase of this product as new tech was positive, but after learning how mediocre the battery was it was best this unit stay plugged in all the time. Wifi strength isn't the greatest because most of the installed cameras would be outside.

My application of this product may not be the best. The temperatures are hard on the battery and the height from the house eave to ground seems to cause a problem with the senors. The camera itself works fine. Trying to work out the issues. I do have the door bell and that works fine.

I still really think the ring app has terrible lag issues. It's also annoying not being able to get a live view on command. On the bright side, install and setup are easy, but if you're looking for a security camera or monitoring type device, in its current state this isn't for you.

This is a perfect addition to the Ring video door bell...now I have another view of anyone coming to the back of my house...Love it! I try to tell everyone I know about this...such a Great idea!!

Very easy setup. Sensor range doesn't seem to be as far as the instructions indicate, so I have to keep the sensitivity turned up to cover the area needed. Has some wireless connection issues, where the signal indicator will go from "very good" to "poor" depending on how hard the wind is blowing. But overall I'm satisfied with the product.

After purchasing the Video Doorbell Pro, i added this Stick up Cam to my backyard. My only complaint would be the time it takes to connect to my phone when viewing live video or when a notification of motion happens. My Doorbell connects within 5 seconds or so where this will take a minimum 10-20. Overall i am happy with this purchase.

I bought this with my Ring doorbell to use in the backyard. I wanted to be able to monitor on demand, not just capture motion. This unit is great to capture motion, but we use our backyard too much to be useful. It works as designed, but didn't fulfill my needs. I returned it.

Picture quality is excellent. The Zones are confusing. The main reason I only gave it 3 stars is because the time zone didn't work. Even though I set the times to not send alerts, the item still sent me motion alerts no matter what time I programmed no to send alerts.

We installed the Ring Camera by the front door and it is doing a great job. It alerts our phone when someone approaches. The talk feature is very handy too. Picture quality is top notch.

We love our ring door camera. Or kids love it to because my husband likes to say goodbye when they are waiting for the bus once in awhile. It is also perfect for getting rid of solicitors without having to open The door. The only downside is the i wish we could set it to record all the time when we are of of town.

This camera works fine except for one significant problem. It takes about 10 seconds for it to start recording. If someone rushes through its field of view quickly, it will not detect them. Otherwise it has good clarity and sound. I do get motion alerts from a couple of moving objects on my back deck when the wind is very strong.

Good camera, the only thing is having to charge it.
