After an attempt was made on our house (we had the ring doorbell at the front) we decided we needed more total coverage. It was an easy choice to pick the camera for the back door.

I like this camera because of its easy installation.

The Ring Stick-up Cam is terrific. I wish that i had invented it. It comes with everything you need to put it up, including the tools. I am not a tech person, but it literally took me a total of 5 minuets to put it up and connect it to my wi-fi. I can watch my front door from work live, or I can wait to get an alert on my tablet and then view what is going on. I can even talk to the person on the porch while I am at work. I love this product.

We first bought the doorbell from ring, after using it, we decided to buy this stickup camera. We like it because it records on movement and it is not constantly recording. It also for 30 dlls a year keeps 30 days of recording on the cloud easy access.

We chose to buy this doorbell be cause we needed to be able to tell who was at the door without actually opening the door. Worth the money! I will say, it does eat up your data allowance for and when you check notified movements recorded by the camera.

Camera works great. I have one hooked up overlooking my driveway and backyard entrance. I can see and hear what's going on in that area which I cannot see from inside my house.

Camera is very easy to set up on computer. Also very easy to install the camera outside. Comes with all hardware needed to properly install. Has great support from manufacturer.

Bought this a short while ago and it is fantastic. Each time somebody comes up to my door, it rings on my phone wherever I am and I can see the actual video. Highly recommend!

I would of gave this stick up cam a 5 star rating if you would have the option to record 24/7. The two way communication feature is really cool, especially when someone is near your property. The cloud based storage is very nice since you are not relying on a hardware issue on a traditional dvr system.

Bought these to have an easy to install wireless camera system. Set up and installation was very easy, but unfortunately, the cameras didn't perform as expected. Unistalled and returned them to Best Buy after speaking to Ring customer support.

This works great just like advertised. I put it up in back of house and goes off when someone activates the motion sensor. With subscription for $30/yr thru ring.com, it saves the recordings up to 6 months. Totally worth it, in my opinion.

Perfect camera to give you all the security you need to secure and protect your home and view at anytime when you need or during any motion near the range you have set.

Needs improvement. Most notably, you cannot narrow down the sensor field the way you can on the Pro, therfore, your shooting in the dark. Pathetic that Ring did not do this on the stick up cam when clearly, the technology is there.

I initially purchased the ring doorbell and was very impressed with its performance and quality. The camera was no disappointment and followed the same ring quality.

Has to be able to receive body heat, or it won't record. Takes a good picture when it works. Don't like that you have to pay for cloud storage.

My back door has always been my area of concern. The camera works great and now I have the piece of mind when I'm not home. It was very easy to setup and install.

I really like the idea of this camera. It works fairly well. Sometimes I will walk to my door and it does not go off. It may be that it is the Wi-Fi. I have not investigated. One time it went off when a fly flew in front of it. Scared me. So a all and all, the jury is still out.

Camera is completely wire free, just need wifi signal. It's simple to install, great features, and offers solar panel option to maintain battery charged

Needed a completely wireless security camera; most of the "wireless" cameras on the market still require power cables, but this ones doesn't. Easy install, easy connection. The picture quality is decent, but no where close to the quality they show in commercials and on their website.

Great way to watch ups and Fedx deliveries can see who's visiting if we are not home
