We have the ring doorbell and LOVE it. Thought that adding the security camera above the garage would be a great addition. BOY WAS I WRONG..... don't waste ur time. Installed the camera and it took a little while to connect to the wifi. Let the camera roll and checked it the next morning and I was appalled at the quality of the night vision. This camera is great for thieves because it doesn't work at night time. Great daytime display but once the lights are out your property and belonging are now fair game for whomever wants them. Can't see a thing at night. Please don't waste your time or money on this product. I would give this a zero rating but I had to choose something I have the nest inside the house and that is what I will be replacing this product with for the outside.

This product doesn't have the greatest visual area but it does the job perfectly for my apartment.

Ring was recommended by Best Buy salesperson. It has apple style quality and support. I mistakenly thought the installation didn't work and RING immediately sent a replacement without question. I returned the replacement when I discovered the original was working.

The Ring Stick Up Cam delivers as promised. I installed the Cam along with the associated solar panel to keep the camera battery charged. A new feature software installed allows live video on your cell phone.

This is the best products I bought. I have enjoyed this camera I was able to watch my pool guy and he was not putting in the chemicals in my pool. I was able to see this and I fired him. My pool had algae on the pool wall because he was not doing is job

Very dependable and works great, only down side is it makes a clicking sound when it starts recording

Like the Ring doorbell that we bought at the same time as this item, the stick up cam does not work. It's a great idea, to have one app to control and use the doorbell and these video cameras. However, neither of them worked. The motion sensor did not pick up the motion of me jumping and waving at it except maybe once or twice (I had tried this for at least an hour during installation). On the off chance that it did pick up the motion, all but one time the notification was extremely delayed and/or the video did not work (black screen and no audio). My wife and I really wanted these to work, and were very excited to upgrade the security at our home. Unfortunately, this product does not work and will not do. We will be returning the Ring products and looking for a reliable, working solution instead.

After buying cheaper camera's and not liking them at all I broke down and bought these and I should have just started with them! They are great and you just add them to the same doorbell app that I already have. Easy to install and the clarity is great!

It took a bit to understand how to work it. It is finally working the way I expected it.

I have the ring as my doorbell, so I bought this to compliment it. For the same price, I ended up buying a 4 camera, hd dvr setup that allows me see far more of my house. If you only want one camera, I suppose this is fine, but for the price, get something else.

I do a lot of traveling and am able to keep an eye on my house and communicate directly as necessary when somebody rings the doorbell. I decided to get stick up cams to place on the rear of my house and over the garage entrance. I love this product.

My first ring purchase was the video doorbell and i love it...This camera is also a great complement. The motion detection and video quality are great, I will recommend to buy the solar panel and you will not have to worry about charging it

I had an issue with my dog getting on the furniture when no one was home. I used it as a training aid so I could order him off the couch even from work - miles away. I plan on getting the subscription to record movement within home to the cloud.

It does exactly what I need without having to pay monthly for a security system. It alerts my phone when there is motion. I can also view motion alerts at a later time such as overnight when I'm sleep.. I'm going to buy the doorbell as well!!!

Had it about a month and haven't had to charge it yet. Does exactly as advertised

I have problems with keeping wifi connection, not sure if its the camera or my wifi
