    Wouldn't get signal in our patio. It blacked out while we were on vacation which was a week and two days and we tried returning it only to find out there was a 15 day policy which is absurd to have for electronics. Best Buy did not refund us or tried to exchange it so we are pretty upset since we buy lots of electronics from them. We are seriously considering taking business somewhere else. We have the doorbell which works just fine.
