So far this camera works fine. The only issue I have had so far is that sometime the camera does not immediately start records once the motion is detected. Also it would be nice if there was a "Live View" for the camera.

Simple install and setup, easy to use and provides that one more layer of protection to my largest investment!

This security camera is not bad. It has one of the more affordable cloud saves over the nest and a few others. Picture quality isnt the best but is good enough for a security camera. Wish the battery lasted longer.

Bought this product in addition to my other Ring products. It is responsive to movements and the live view has worked well. Note, we also bought the solar panel charger with this to assist with battery life.

will continue to add these to the security system! Easy to add and use. Beware that he fee to record to the clouds is $30 yearly... per device! That is not advertised. That's why it does not receive 5 Stars!

Camera is great. It records the image very clear. You have to pay for an annual recording fee but it is well worth it. If you don't pay for service you'll only have "live" view and not saved data.

As other reviewers said, this is an ok product. It has to be charged weekly. It also disconnects from the web sometimes. So it is a little high maintenance, but it does work.

My Ring Stick-up Cam works well, I would give it an excellent rating but it does go down occasionally (could be my wi-fi). Great pictures, provides a good photo when someone approaches our door.

Easy to install and set up. Lets you set up your perimiter where needed. Great recording video.

Has been a great first security camera, very clear video feed, was checking out my back door from 2000 miles away! Only downfall, if you lose power, you lose wireless, you lose your feed

This camera works much better than other models that I tried from different manufacturers. Works just as expected and is excellent where no AC power is available .

Love the ring service all around. Easy setup and install. Only complaint: the battery life on the cameras is nowhere near the theoretical 6 months. I have to recharge roughly once a month

This camera is an awesome alternative to a full blown DVR based system. Love the alerts that I receive to my cell phone the cloud storage, etc. to get the best bang for your buck, the camera has to be plugged in to an electrical outlet. The camera can be used in full battery mode but depending on the traffic around it, the battery can die every few months. Also like the fact the there is a live view option.

This is the best option for wireless home security cameras. Simple setup, great features, and reliable. The monthly storage cost for cloud is reasonable. But the latest iOS app update for RING is awesome because they've added on-demand live view. Previous to that the camera was only motion activated. I love this thing. Hands down

I use it for a back patio door that is without a doorbell. It works very well. I have the ring door bell for front and side doors that are main entryways, so this worked out perfectly!

Solar works ok. Camera is well designed with easy to follow instructions. Even the screwdriver and tools necessary for installation are included. Great experience at Best Buy.

Device works well and sends instant notifications to my phone. I bought two more for work that have the solar panel and you can access the cameras at any time day or night.

having security around the house is a big plus, we were going on vacation for an extended period of time, and this camera fills the bill for us. easy to mount, although their provided drill bit is not real great, but it was free with the camera. the hd picture is just that clear and precise. this is our 3rd camera, front drive, back deck and one for my mother-in-law in the phillipines
