Have one on front porch for watching fir deliveries and one in back to watch for stray animals in the yard. They work great. Has 20 days and batteries are still good.

The owner has them all over my apartment building so I decided to buy a couple for indoor use and I am truly satisfied with this purchase it is SO WORTH THE MONEY!!!!! Do yourself a favor and order one!!!!!!

I added the Stick Up cam to the group. I have it sitting on my living room window sill. Not the best place to have it, but it is doing exactly what I want, watching the driveway. Being that it is viewing through glass, I do not get motion alerts. Now, I also purchased one as a gift. They are having problems getting it to set up and recognizing their wi-fi, even when it is sitting next to it. They will be getting new equipment from their cable company, hopefully that is what is causing the problem.

I have over seven cameras and I love every last one of them. I have indoor and outdoor. They show beautiful pictures if you have a great Internet they pick up just the way they’re supposed to every time. I do recommend these cameras.

However, for my purposes, this is not remotely an issue. It has been in use for 6 weeks now. I have it set up for motion with a picture every 5 min. I only use it at night. I still have about 3/4 battery life and there are usually 3-8 “events” every night, sometimes many more.

Full 1080P resolution camera with clear audio. The only fault is when the free 30 day Ring protection plan expires you need to pay for an expensive plan to continue to use all the features the camera offers.

Rest assured, we are here today to provide you with some information in order to ensure you get the most out of your motion detection! We are confident we can find a solution that works well for you and your home’s environment.
I would be happy to address your concern regarding the issue that you are experiencing with the delay in motion detection of your Ring Outdoor Cam. It is important to ensure that you have the proper motion settings in place for your environment. This includes increasing the "Motion Sensitivity" and setting "Motion Frequency" to "Frequently" in the Ring app. To optimize your motion zones and ensure that the device will detect accurately, please follow these steps:
Open the Ring app.
Tap the menu (≡) on the top left.
Tap Devices.
Tap the relevant device.
Tap Motion Settings.
At the top, tap Edit Zones or scroll down to tap Camera Motion Zones.
Note: If you are using a battery-powered device, you may need to toggle on Advanced Motion Detection under Advanced Settings before you can add customizable Motion Zones.
To adjust an existing Motion Zone: tap the Zone you want to adjust, then drag the points of the Zone to do so. Tap Save.
To add a new Motion Zone: tap Add Zone and drag the points of the Zone. Tap Save.
Accuracy in motion detection can also be improved by enabling Smart Alerts for people only in your Ring app.
To enable Smart Alerts:
Tap the menu (≡) on the top left.
Tap Devices.
Tap the device that you want to adjust.
Tap Motion Settings.
Tap Smart Alerts.
Tap Enable Feature.
Tap Continue.
Select the notification options that you want for Person and Other Motion.
You'll see a video camera where you can select or de-select recording and a bell icon to represent alert notifications.
After you've adjusted your settings tap Done.

I MacGyvered it to the roof of my two story house to watch the construction while I had some work done. Gave me excellent quality and notices when they showed up. So far it has done great in rain, wind, and sun.
