It’s very small, well constructed, and the camera quality is exceptional. Facial recognition Does best when the person is roughly 10 feet from the camera day or night.

Great Device But Poor Battery Life

The battery life is much shorter than I expected and I’m now looking at other options. The camera is in front of my house so perhaps the battery life is better in an area with less traffic (ex. cars in driveway and people coming to the house).

It is mounted outside and has done very well in the weather. It is mounted next to an all night porch light and it’s doing an excellent job. The camera quality is very good.

It has great night vision and the motion sensor works really good. I can keep an eye on my living room while I'm away from home. I have also bought 2 wireless Ring stick up cams that I have put up outside and they are great.

Ring recommends you not do that since the device can’t detect motion from inside a window. Oh, and if you want to store your videos on the cloud you’ll have to pay a monthly subscription fee. Make an informed choice before buying.

What I wanted, very easy setup.

Setup was very easy. Bought for outdoor use, selected installation location required camera to be mounted upside down. Didn't realize that flipping the image was not an option, so had to get another bracket.
