Only negative is that the cameras image once mounted upside-down is not able to be flipped. Ring needs to fix this with an update. If not for image issue I would have given full stars

One of best home security cameras

The ony thing that bothers me that battery can't be charged while camera plugged in to power and hope that ring will change this in the future
