I love these cameras! They are easy to set up and have a good image and microphone. We have a two-unit rental property and these cameras make the tenants feel more secure. Sometimes they ask me to check to see if a delivery has come. Setting it to sensitive, I can see the deer, fox, and other critters with the night vision.

Great, clear image, good recording, easy to configure. No problems. The battery charging process was a little longer than I expected. However, the battery life is good. I have no conplaints.

we purchased 3 cams ,they installed very easily ,and the video is good, but the audio on these are weak , i contacted 2 different people at ring to discuss the problem, one was not very knowledgeable about the product , the other was good but i got conflicting answers. we were trying to find out if the spotlight cam had better audio .and if the siren was a little louder? the alarm on the unit is very low. i still don't have an answer and best buy has made it even more complex to try and exchange one for a better wired unit because it was on a 0 interest purchase. turned into quite a ordeal. if you want this for just video or to hear what is outside its really pretty good, if you plan to talk to the people outside (like they show in there ads ) or want to hit the siren to scare them away. you better open your window and ask them to put there ear to the unit

Easy installation, good camera. Solar panel works great to keep full charge. It does the job well for the money and anyone can install it if you follow the instructions. Just need to have it near good WiFi signal. Wish it would pickup more constant motion.

This is a very important piece of equipment, if you need evidence for crime. You need a subscription though, which is much better than the general function. You can save online up to 6 days of recordings! Whoever crosses this camera, you will get a notification and they are streamed online. Only you can access your videos. Without the subscription you can’t save the video, you only can answer the door etc.Battery change takes 10 seconds with the special tool and the batteries are long lasting. I got 3 extra batteries and use always the next one. You get an alert when your low on battery. It is really worth every penny.

This is a good product. It records well at night, good night vision. Much better quality picture than the doorbell. Battery lasts a long time. You can also hear and talk through it with the app.

Using this camera for outdoor. The video quality is excellent. The view is very wide. The fully charged battery has been running for 7 weeks so far and is still going.

I just purchased and installed a Ring Security System for my home. I added this outdoor camera for the back door to give us additional peace of mind, and it hasn't disappointed. The wide-angle lens shows us our entire back yard, and the night vision is an incredibly helpful feature for identifying things that go bump in the night. The install was simple, and connecting to the rest of the system was simple. NOTE: the camera CANNOT be installed upside down, as the Ring app doesn't allow for this. Stupid? Yes, but they sell another accessory to mount this to solve this problem (of course!). Lastly, it's not waterproof, so we'll see if future heavy rainstorms cause problems.

Have ADT at home. But decided to add an extra layer of security with this camera. Bought from BB when it was on sale. Easy to install and easier to operate. Have installed the app on two cell phones so that we can track what's going on in the driveway and in the front of the house. Covers a reasonable area. Works well at night too. Bought an additional battery so that the power supply stays uninterrupted. Subscribed to RING for cloud storage of videos. Happy customer :-)

Easy set-up with no problems in camera operation. The camera also has great battery life and is easy to recharge.

I already have the Ring alarm, Ring Spotlight cam and another Ring Stick up cam. I bought this second one for my front door because I did not want a Ring doorbell. This camera along with all my other Ring cams work great and are so easy to install and set up. The battery easily lasts for a month and is no issue to charge and replace. I just bought an extra battery and always keep one charged for when any of the batteries need to be re-charged. It does tend to pick up non-human motion like my flag or any bugs that fly in front of it. Not a big deal to me. I probably will pick up a third one to have complete outdoor video coverage for my home.

We just moved into a new house and I had originally purchased a Ring doorbell, not thinking about positioning. When I I checked my doorbell I realized that it wasn't going to work because my doorbell faces a wall. Ring suggests using wedge's to provide a better viewing angle, but I didn't really care for the viewing coverage. I returned the doorbell and purchased a Ring stick up cam and mounted it on a wall facing the front door area. I ended up with better coverage and it worked out great. This camera had surprisingly good video quality and the battery works for just a little over a month.

Someone recently tried to break into my house and everyone recommended that I get the Ring doorbell. It was the absolute best decision I have made. It was easy to setup. But let me tell you before that the best buy employees went absolutely above and beyond. With the curbside service in place there was an issue with the transaction going through and instead of giving up and asking me to just come back some other time, the associates tried everything and we finally got it after almost 2 hours! Still an amazing buy and the best employees I have encountered. This has camera has great quality and really good sound pick up. I definitely recommend.

Love how easy it is to use and that it has the capability to allow me to record activity. It civers a wide range if area as well. Picture perfect images.

I purchased the camera, and I was a little worried that it would be hard to set up. It was easy from the moment I took it out of the box until I hung the camera up on the porch. It did take me a little, figuring to configure the motion sensitivity. The pictures are clear and I’ve had the camera up about 15 days and I have not had to recharge it yet.
