The features and technology provided by the Ring Outdoor Cam (Formerly known as the Ring Stick Up Cam) are incredibly valuable and help provide you with peace of mind about your home security. We can definitely provide you with more information regarding the concern mentioned in your review.

It sounds like the device is not performing as intended regarding notifications. If you're having issues getting notifications, make sure you're connected to wifi and that your mobile device settings are set to allow notifications from Ring. Reboot your Ring device. Turn your mobile device completely off and back on again. Make sure Do Not Disturb is off in your mobile device's settings. Also, make sure alerts are toggled on in the Ring app for the devices you want to receive notifications for by following these steps:

Open the Ring app to the main dashboard.
Tap more (•••) on the camera you want to access.
Tap your device's Settings.
Toggle on Motion Detection and Motion Alerts.
