Pic is good from afar, but when you zoom in, it gets quite pixilated. Also, it has no video rotate option to mount cam from ceiling...but overall i like it.

For pixelation in the Live View or videos from your Stick Up Cam, try reviewing the troubleshooting tips and tricks in our Help Center article here: https://support.ring.com/hc/en-us/articles/205348254-Poor-Video-Quality-Troubleshooting. The steps in that article can help you narrow down what the cause may be in order to find a solution that works for you. While you can't rotate the video, you can use the adjustable Mount for your Stick Up Cam to find your ideal viewing angle for a wall or ceiling installation. If its battery powered it only records a 30 second clip and has a limited motion detection area, all to "conserve battery life". If you have a powered camera it will record 1 minute clips and have a wider motion area. Just hope they commit the crime in that time period because you never know if it will catch the next motion and start to record again. Mine will catch a squirrel but not catch me snowblowing my walkway or picking up my package at the door, all right in front of the camera... Literally.

Not working after 6 months

After 6 months, 1 gives false motion alarms repeatedly. and the other one loses its WiFi connection and it is the closest to my router. I didn't buy the Best Buy extended support so they wont do anything and the Ring warranty is only 30 days. I wish I would have read that before I bought them. I have had the Ring support looking at both issues in real time and they cant see any problems. Just can't figure this out...

It sounds like your devices are not working as expected. The Ring Stick Up Cam offers customizable motion settings. If your device is picking up motion you are not wanting it to, you can adjust your motion zones using the following steps:
Open the Ring app.
Tap on the menu (☰).
Tap on Devices.
Tap on your cam.
Tap Motion Settings.
Tap the Edit Motion Zones.
Set your zones and motion range to your preferred area(s).
Tap Done.
Tap Save.
If your device is still notifying you of motion you are not wanting it to, we invite you to reach out to our support team so that we can assist in finding the best settings for your environment.
We understand the importance of having all relevant product information prior to purchasing. The Ring Stick Up Cam does come with a one-year limited warranty from Ring. Visit our support center for additional details.

It sounds like you are experiencing an issue with receiving alerts and notifications from your Ring on your mobile device. We recommend checking the settings on your mobile device to ensure that you have notifications enabled for the Ring app and your volume turned up. Toggle on the Motion Alerts tab on the device's page in the Ring app.
Open the Ring app and tap the menu (☰) in the top left corner.
Tap "Devices," then select the relevant device.
At the top of the screen, you can toggle the following on or off:

Motion Detection

Motion Warning (if your device has the feature)

Records chimes loud! And records also comes with a neighborhood feature so you get anonymous alerts from people in your area.
