Audio quality is good but not perfect. Small lag in the video if you’re really watching it. $30/year for the subscription but the first month is free. Overall nice to have over the garage.

The volume on 2-way talk was way too low. Ring Customer Support was great though and they are sending a replacement. Picture quality and motion activation are great.
