Ring Camera gen 2 is a much nicer looking version of the ring cameras. Used with the solar panel allows for maintenance free usage. The enhanced ring detection zones are customizable. Just wish they would include the ceiling mount rather than an optional purchase.

Camera works great and the ring solar panel I purchased also makes it easy to charge the battery really fast!!!!! Very outstanding ring products!!!

I'm happy with the ring outdoor wire free camera. We bought it to see what our hummingbird was doing in her nest and have been watching the little hummers develop from egg to little birds ready to take flight next week.

Recently purchased this camera, using it inside my home. We love, we can keep an eye on the children when they come home from school. I'm able to talk to them through the camera. It's great, the notifications never fail, once someone walks in front of the camera we get a Ring...

Works like it is supposed to. I purchased and installed this camera while my wife and her friends were on a beach trip, im working in the kitchen and hear her calling my name, there she is watching me in the kitchen, i could not be more pleased!

Live this camera, utilizing to view my driveway from top of garage. On moderate sensitivity battery last about 1 month and takes a half to full day to recharge would recommend having a second battery to have it charged and ready to replace or solar attachments.

This ring battery operated, portable security. Camera is easy to set up, has many features, and provides a much needed confidence of monitoring any area.

Super crisp image better than my previous plug in camera. I switched to ring when kids kept knocking my plug in camera out of socket with basketball. Only things I don’t care for is having to take down to charge and delay in pulling up recorded feed. Other then that easy set up and functional!

this camera has a much better picture quality than the ring door bell,not that the door bell is bad.The quality is great and not lightweight so its built to last

Purchased this Ring indoor/outdoor stickup camera for security and I couldn’t have gone wrong. It works great and it was very easy setup as well as installation. I enjoy it on the ring app. being able to view and communicate with others.

I bought this item for the rear of my house and it works as expected. It has a nice view range and the picture is clear. However the speaker is just okay.

Excellent product , works well under all conditions outdoors. The battery will last you atleast a month if theres not high traffic in the area.

I was a little skeptical about getting a battery powered camera cause I didn’t want to have to worry about forgetting to recharge and being out of town and not having this camera operational. The battery life is better than advertised. I purchased this on 1/15/23 and installed the camera the next morning and at the time of writing this review (2/10/23) the camera’s battery is at 80%. The cameras settings are set at about a medium demand. That’s pretty incredible. Set up and installation is super easy and at this rate, the battery will last months on a single charge. This camera is highly recommended. It exceeded my expectations.

Already having purchased bring product for the exterior of my residence it was a five minute set up and works perfectly I’m using this to keep an ion my puppy while gone and he enjoys me speaking to him while I’m away LOL great value with this ring product

Overall the product design is nice and the image quality is acceptable, however the associated app results in this camera being basically unusable except for certain cases. Specifically there is a problem with defining areas within the cameras view to trigger motion alerts. Only the center of the cameras view could be used to define motion alerts. We purchased the camera to cover a driveway leading up to our garage and a walkway leading to the front door. Both areas of interest were well within the cameras view, but not directly centered. Thus the camera wouldn't pick up movement on either the driveway or the path. We contacted Ring support and were first given a nonsensical answer saying that if we just provided more power to the unit then it would work. The camera is supposed to be battery powered and wirelessly connected to our wifi network so needing to run a power cable to the camera defeated the purpose. We contacted Ring a second time and finally learn that they were aware of the issue but currently did not have plans to fix the software issue. We returned the Ring camera and bought a Blink camera system and had NONE of the problems we had with Ring. So if your area of interest is in the center of the camera's view this product will likely work fine for you. However, if you too have a little bit of an odd angled space you are trying to view this will not work well.

Great product. Records well. Video image is sharp and will store footage up to 6 months.
