Here at Ring, we take your security and peace of mind seriously. Please know that we are here to ensure that we can find a resolution together. Furthermore, there are a few things to look into when experiencing poor video quality. First, you want to make sure you are not experiencing any sort of outage with your internet provider where your network speeds are being affected. Lastly, you also want to verify your Stick Up Cam has a good signal strength, also known as RSSI: https://community.ring.com/t/how-it-works-your-ring-device-rssi-good-vs-poor/229. They work very well. They cover the whole area well. The only down side is having to go through the process of charging the batteries. One of them battery died within the first two weeks and I had to take it out and charged it. It took me a little while to figure it out but it was not too difficult. I love these little cameras and would recommend them to anyone.

Unfortunately, my neighbor who is an elderly woman did not like that she was being watched and proceeded to tell all my neighbors that I was recording them. I had no alternative but to take it down. I will keep the product and once I move I will install it again. I also loved the fact that I was informed by other ringers when incidents happen, i.e. a stranger attempts to open their door at nite or someone steals their packages on their front door. This is an excellent product!

The battery also holds a decent charge. This is the sixth camera I've purchased over this past year.
