Was not sure about thos product until the salesman at best buy went over it with me..now i am very happy with purchase and know that it was a great buy..It has all the safety features like siren and two way talking also has neighborhood watch for your area. I will be purchasing more of these in the future.

Great camera, battery life needs work.

The battery life however is not that great and even while fully charged with an additional use of the ring solar panel, it still dies before the week ends.

The volume on 2-way talk was way too low. Ring Customer Support was great though and they are sending a replacement. Picture quality and motion activation are great.

These cameras do a great job keeping your home monitor. It gives you 24/7 access to see what is going on. The one thing you have to make sure is to have good Internet because if you don’t, then that’s when the camera would act like if it’s failing but it’s not the camera itself it’s the Internet connection. The other thing you have to keep in mind is that you need to pay a fee of $3/month per camera or you could pay $100 a year for all the cameras you install.
