Note that if you have multiple cameras you need buy the 1 year, 100$ subscription to be able to record the content.

But is the best if you don't want to be controlled by google.

It’s working great so far and has held up well during heavy rains. I would recommend for anyone that has low WiFi signal to use a WiFi extender. I had to use one for my camera to reach the WiFi from the garage. Other than that minor WiFi issue, it’s been great.

I was able to set it in a window and point it outside and it works fine in the daytime. Doesn't seem to work in the dark, which is fine. In the spring I'll work on setting it up outside. I do have a little trouble with the app. It's not very user friendly, at least for me.

For optimal performance, it is not recommended to aim your Ring Stick Up Cam Plug-In directly at a window. The glass can negatively affect the camera's ability to accurately detect motion. Repositioning the camera to a location that avoids facing a window should reduce any issues with motion detection.

Fantastic Device for Recording People in my Garage

It picked up all the audio and video was HD quality. I highly recommend to anyone who wishes to keep an eye on their property while away.

Ring wall mount is very good

It is wall mounted in a corner about 8 feet up and 10 feet from the area we want to watch. Also has a very clear picture and the audio is very good.
