Recorded video is very slow to playback

Defeats the purpose of a "security" camera. Quality of picture and motion detection is good though.

Based on your review, it seems that you are having trouble with answering your doorbell from your Ring App. Rapid Ring is a "light" version of the classic Ring app with most of the features stripped out except for the ability to activate a Live View and respond to an event as quickly as possible. Only complaint is when talking via the camera the sound output is pretty low. In the middle of the night with now light on you can still see everything.

Works fantastically. Just make sure you have a strong enough WiFi signal to reach it, otherwise it will drain the battery trying to look for the connection

I have been one of the fortunate ones and can actually say I have had no issues over multiple years of use. I bought this to add to my moms house. Easy setup and no issues so far.

Clear wide angle picture a bit better then the wyzw cam. If you want a decent cam and service i highly recommend this cam and the ring service.

Very satisfied with the video and audio quality it provides! Very easy install! Highly recommend them!

Only drawback is that I wish the power cable didn’t have an “L” shaped end to connect to camera this makes it tricky for exterior installations where you have to fish through a wall in your house, you have to drill a larger hole to fish through.
