Works great

The first one I purchased would not receive power from the hardwire connection so I exchanged it for another one. The new one works properly and is picking up the hardwire connection to trickle-charge the battery. Easy setup, installation, and configuration in the Ring app. Highly recommend!

I like it, the only thing that sucks is the battery life. I purchased the solar charger, but because of where it is positioned on the front door, it does not receive sunlight so I had to buy another battery and I switch them out about twice per month. The upside is, it’s easy to replace. Other than that, I like the Ring Alarm system and the app.

Great doorbell

We went with the 3 Plus version and are very happy. The motion detection reaches very far, so play with it. Otherwise you'll get notified every time a car rolls down the street. We have our Echo Show integrated with the doorbell, so Alexa notifies us when motion is detected or when someone rings the doorbell.
